Thank you for dropping in to Danu Yoga Centre.

We are a small boutique studio based in Ballinteer.

Danu Yoga Centre offers a calm, welcoming space to BREATHE, MOVE and TRANSFORM. It is a centre for wellness and healing, offering Hatha, Kundalini and Yin Yoga. It is a healing space that has evolved over the years to include

Women’s Healing Circles, Empowerment Workshops, Chakra Balancing, Sound Healing, Transforming Stress & Anxiety and Private Coaching.

Each class is small – creating an intimate and safe space for individual attention and development of personal posture and alignment from reputable teachers.

Whether you are looking for deep relaxation, stress reduction or spiritual transformation then this special space has something to offer you.
The practices we teach are simple to learn, easy to practice and a offer tools that you can use throughout your lifetime.

I really enjoyed Monday night's class. I have never done yoga before. The class was very calming. I haven't slept this well in months.  I loved how Lisa offered other alternative positions when I was struggling.   You made the yoga all seem easy and achievable. I am really looking forward to my second class next week.

I have just began a beginner course of yoga at the Danu Yoga Centre and I have been loving every moment of my course so far.The teachers Lisa, Paula and Georgie are so kind and helpful and they create a beautiful and relaxing space for you to learn and practise different types of yoga. It's a really lovely studio with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Even after the first session I felt more relaxed and more positive about the week ahead. I'm looking forward to more classes at the Danu centre and thank you so much to all the teachers who make the classes such a lovely experience.

I've had my first encounter with Kundalini yoga at Lisa's class and I was absolutely swept away by the joyful energy that surrounded us for that hour. Such positivity and tension release! If anyone thinks (as I did) this is not for him/her - it is exactly what you need. I am thankful for being able to participate and very much looking forward to the next class.

I have been attending The Danu Yoga Centre, prior to covid, for 2 years and most recently over 2 months. I'm really enjoying this class. The teachers are highly experienced. People from all levels of fitness feel comfortable attending.The teachers are so aware of the benefits yoga can bring to the body and mind. Everytime I finish the class I feel rejuvenated, refreshed and energised. I also sleep like a baby that night.I highly recommend The Danu Yoga Centre for anyone wanting to keep the body fit, well and relaxed. Highly recommended.

I've been practising Yoga for many years on and off now, but Lisa's yoga is different to anything I've ever done before. Her classes are more about the spiritual aspect of yoga. Initially, I felt a bit uncomfortable with chanting, but she creates such a safe space that you can leave all your worries and concerns behind. I just trust the process and feel energised and calm and renewed after each session. I also love that Lisa explains why we are doing certain poses and what benefits we can experience. It creates a real connection with my body.
