What to Expect during the 6 week Course:
We will meet for 2 hours for the initial opening night. The 5 remaining nights will be for 1 hour. This is not a yoga class, but there will be some movement for some of the exercises. Once you sign up you will receive an email with the details of what to bring and what to expect.

Hi, I’m Lisa Burke, a Wellness Coach, EFT practitioner, Author, Reiki Healer and a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. I have been in the wellness industry for over 25 years supporting women back to health through trainings and programmes.
I am Director of Danu Yoga Centre and founder of Inner Glow programme, where I help you to rewire yourself for greater health, happiness and success, by breaking the pattern of pain, stress and tension in your body and in your life. My passion is to enrich your life with practical tools to support your journey, coaching you back to health and vitality through transforming practices.
In 2012 I had my own personal traumatic experience that left me with PTSD, anxiety and stress, that left me feeling like an unwelcome guest in my own body. My gift through this, was learning that there is a way to heal and most importantly, I wasn’t broken. I know the frustration of feeling stuck and I also know the sense of freedom of breaking free from the cycles of stress and anxiety and what it feels like to finally come home to my body.
The key is in healing your nervous system. I know this firsthand, not just through my own experience but also from working with others who have struggled with trauma and anxiety. My passion is to walk with you back to full health and to live your life with passion and reignite your inner glow.
